How we work

Diagnosis before technology.

We do not start from the tool. We start from one real situation in your business; most of the time the answer is a WhatsApp assistant we build from your own material and run for you, sometimes it is something simpler, and we tell you which.

AI is one possible response—not the starting assumption.

The answer may be a process change, conventional automation, analytics, an AI-assisted step, a customer-facing agent, or no build yet. The intervention earns its place by improving a measurable outcome within acceptable risk.

01

Observe the problem

Trace a real case through the current workflow. Separate what people say happens from what actually happens.

02

Size the impact

Establish frequency, handling time, waiting, error, lost opportunity and consequence. Create the baseline.

03

Find the cause

Map people, handoffs, rules, systems, knowledge, data and exceptions. A visible symptom may have a non-AI cause.

04

Set the boundary

Define what the system may know and do, where evidence is required, and when a person must review or take over.

05

Test the risk

Build the smallest credible pilot around the assumption most likely to invalidate the opportunity.

06

Make the decision

Compare quality, outcome, user behavior, risk and operating cost. Proceed, change direction, prepare—or stop.

What discovery produces

A decision package, not a vague innovation report.

  • A current-state workflow and root-cause map
  • A baseline and measurable outcome
  • Prioritized intervention options, including non-AI options
  • Data, integration, privacy and human-review requirements
  • A pilot scope with evaluation and stop criteria

If the decision is to build

We can be your AI team, not only your advisor.

HumAI builds the system around your team and runs and secures it every month, with one named person accountable on our side. You look at one thing: the result.

The questions that keep a pilot honest

What must improve?

A named business or user outcome with a current baseline.

What evidence is representative?

Realistic languages, formats, exceptions and failure cases—not curated demo inputs.

What can go wrong?

The consequence of incorrect, missing, unsafe or unauthorized behavior.

Who remains accountable?

A person who owns the workflow, the decision and the operating response.

Bring us the problem in your own words.

The discovery agent will ask one question at a time and help turn the situation into a testable next step.
