1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your bot stays active until then.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are calculated based on your unused message allowance:
Refund Amount = (Remaining Messages / Total Monthly Allowance) x Monthly Fee
Example: You're on the Growth plan ($59/mo, 2,000 messages). You've used 800 messages and cancel mid-month. Remaining: 1,200 / 2,000 = 60%. Refund: $35.40.
- If more than 90% of your messages have been used, no refund is issued.
- Trial/Free plan: No refund (it's free).
3. How to Request a Refund
Email youssef@humai.it.com with your business name and registered email address.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

- Setup fees (if any)
- Overage charges
- Add-ons already consumed
