How pricing works

What you pay for, and what changes the cost.

HumAI does not publish a single price, because the work differs by workflow, volume, channels and systems. Every proposal separates the same parts: a one-time setup, a monthly operating service, usage-based charges from platforms such as Meta, and any fees from your own system vendors. Your proposal sets out the scope, term, included usage, support and exit arrangements before launch.

The cost structure

Five parts, always shown separately

  1. 01

    One-time setup and implementation

Mapping your requests, agreeing scope, building the workflow, connecting the agreed channels and testing on real request examples before launch.

  2. 02

    Monthly operation and maintenance

Running the workflow after launch: monitoring, keeping approved information current, small agreed changes, support and the monthly review.

  3. 03

    Usage-based platform charges

WhatsApp Business Platform messages are charged by Meta at its own rates, which vary by country and message category and change from time to time. Your proposal states what usage is included and how these charges are paid.

    Meta’s official WhatsApp pricing
  4. 04

    Third-party system and vendor fees

Some booking, POS, CRM or store systems charge for API access or extra licences. These belong to your vendor and are listed separately.

  5. 05

    Changes outside the agreed scope

New workflows, channels, branches or integrations after launch are scoped and agreed before work starts. Nothing is added to your bill silently.

Cost drivers

What makes a proposal larger or smaller

Channels

WhatsApp alone, or WhatsApp plus website chat, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram. Each channel is set up and tested.

Volume

How many conversations and requests the workflow handles each month, which also affects platform charges.

Integrations

A staff-approved workflow needs no connection. Reading from or writing to your systems adds assessment, build and testing work.

Languages and media

Each language, and media such as voice notes or documents, is tested before launch.

Approval steps and routing

How many request types, approval stages, branches and teams the workflow routes between.

Reporting and support

A monthly review is standard. A fuller management view or extended support hours are scoped separately.

Qualification

Is a managed workflow right for you now?

A good fit

  • You receive repeated customer requests on WhatsApp or other channels every day
  • You can name one workflow where requests get stuck or arrive incomplete
  • Someone on your team can approve requests and take handovers
  • You can share real request examples and keep approved information current

Not yet a fit

  • You only need a few automated replies, and a self-service tool would do the job
  • You do not yet receive a regular volume of customer messages
  • Nobody is available to handle the requests that need a person
  • You need a fixed price before describing the workflow

Your proposal

Everything agreed in writing, before launch

Your proposal sets out the scope, term, included usage, support and exit arrangements before launch.

  • Scope: the workflow, channels and languages, and what is automated, guided or always handled by a person
  • The setup and monthly service amounts, and the term
  • Included usage, and how platform charges above it are paid
  • Support arrangements and the service owner on our side
  • Exit arrangements, including your data and your WhatsApp number

FAQ

Why don’t you publish prices?

Because two businesses rarely need the same work. Volume, channels, integrations and languages change the setup and the monthly service. A written proposal for your workflow is more useful than a number that does not fit it.

Are WhatsApp message charges included?

Meta charges for WhatsApp Business Platform messages at its own rates, which depend on the country and the message category. Your proposal shows what usage is included and how charges above it are paid. Meta’s pricing page has the current rates.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most businesses start with one workflow on WhatsApp, then add channels, integrations or reporting once the first workflow works.

What happens if we need changes after launch?

Keeping approved information current and small agreed changes are part of the monthly service. New workflows, channels or integrations are scoped and agreed before work starts.

How long is the term, and can we leave?

Your proposal sets out the term and the exit arrangements before launch, including what happens to your data and your WhatsApp number.

Do you work with businesses outside the Middle East?

Yes. HumAI works with businesses worldwide. Platform charges vary by country, which is one more reason each proposal is prepared for the business it is for.
