Operations analytics

See where customer requests turn into outcomes, and where they wait.

Managers rarely lack messages. They lack a clear view of what is waiting, where and why. HumAI can provide a management view of the customer requests our workflow handles: which topics go unanswered, which approvals are ageing, how work is spread across branches and staff, and how many requests reach a completed outcome. What appears is agreed in scope and depends on the data available. Outcome measures such as attendance, revenue or cost per outcome need reliable records from your systems; we do not estimate them from chat counts.

What managers can see

Views we scope with you

01

Unanswered topics

Questions the workflow could not answer from approved information, grouped so you know what to add or change.

02

Ageing approvals

Requests waiting for staff action, by age and owner, so delays are visible before customers chase.

03

Branch and team workload

Volume and waiting cases by branch, queue or person, so work can be rebalanced.

04

The request funnel

From first message to complete request, approval and completed outcome, where completion records are available.

05

A monthly review

A regular review with you of what changed and what to adjust next.

Who it’s for

Owners and operations managers with several branches, teams or channels who need to see what is waiting and where. These are the industries we have written journeys for.

Walkthrough

One monthly review

Illustrative workflow; not a live customer record.

  1. 01 · Spot

The view shows a group of requests at one branch waiting more than a day for approval.

  2. 02 · Look

Most are about one service whose availability staff check by phone.

  3. 03 · Notice

Unanswered topics show customers often ask about parking, which is not in the approved information.

  4. 04 · Act

The business adds parking information and moves that service’s checks to a fixed morning slot.

  5. 05 · Review

Next month, the same view shows whether waiting time and unanswered topics went down.

How we work

Four stages, from real requests to monthly operation.

  1. 01

    Map the requests

We map the decisions managers need to make and the questions they cannot answer today.

  2. 02

    Agree scope and measurement

We agree the views, the definition of a completed outcome, the data sources and how often figures are reviewed.

  3. 03

Build and test on real examples

We build the views and check the figures against real records before anyone relies on them.

  4. 04

    Launch, operate and review monthly

We deliver the agreed reports, review them with you every month and adjust the views as the operation changes.

Honest limits

What this does not do

  • It reports on what the workflow and connected systems record. It cannot see conversations or outcomes outside them.
  • Revenue, ROI and acquisition cost need real records and cost inputs, not message counts.
  • The views are agreed in scope. A full live dashboard is not included by default.
  • The figures describe your operation. They are not a forecast or a guarantee.

FAQ

Is a management view included with every workflow?

Every managed workflow includes a monthly review. A fuller management view, with branch workload and outcome tracking, is scoped separately based on the data available.

Can you show our ROI?

Only from real records. A return calculation needs completed outcomes, their value and your actual costs, including setup and external fees. We do not present revenue or message counts as ROI.

What data do you need?

At minimum, the requests our workflow handles and the actions staff record. For outcome views, access to the records that show what was completed, such as attended visits or delivered orders.

Can it include data from our other systems?

Where your systems allow access and you authorize it. This is scoped like any integration.

Who can see the reports?

The people you nominate. Access by branch or role is agreed in scope.
